Frequently Asked Questions

  • We produce everything from social content and interviews to commercials, testimonials, and full event coverage. Whether you need a simple two-hour shoot or a full-day production with crew and gear, we have packages that fit.

  • This is one of our specialties. We’re skilled at making people feel relaxed and confident on camera—especially those who aren’t used to being interviewed. We guide the conversation naturally, so it feels more like a chat than a performance. The result? Clean, confident soundbites that don’t feel scripted or forced. Combined with professional lighting, thoughtful composition, and flattering camera angles, your interview will not only sound great but look polished and cinematic, too.

  • Our pricing is transparent and built around three filming packages. Each includes a set number of hours on location, travel, and access to different levels of gear. Editing is offered separately, either at a flat rate for common deliverables or hourly for custom projects. We also provide raw footage on your hard drive or ours (for a small fee).

  • Absolutely. You’ll receive all unedited footage on your own hard drive (or we can provide one for $200). It’s yours to use however you’d like.

  • Yes! We offer flat-rate pricing for our most common edits—like social clips, testimonials, and event highlights—as well as hourly editing for custom or complex projects. We include one round of revisions with every edit.

  • We use a simple 50/50 model—50% to reserve your date, and 50% on the day of the shoot. We’ll send you a short agreement to sign and you’re good to go. For last-minute projects, we can expedite the process.

  • We’re flexible. If the scope changes after booking (more hours, new location, extra deliverables), we’ll revise the agreement and make sure everything is approved in writing so there are no surprises.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled production day may incur a fee of up to $350 to cover lost time and expenses.

  • • All projects require a retainer of 50% of the total balance and our Media Agreement to be signed prior to locking in any dates.
    • Payments follow a 50/50 model — 50% due at booking, and the remaining 50% on the day of production.
    • Change orders require a separate agreement and payment timeline once a project has started.

  • We bring professionalism, flexibility, and high production value—without the bloated crews or hidden costs. We’ve filmed everything from state-wide ad campaigns to social shorts, and we treat every project with the same care and attention. Clear pricing, smooth process, reliable results.
